Record to Learn

End-to-End

Record to Learn: shown once in the system, there for everyone to learn

You learn the most sitting next to the colleague who shows you in the system: which fields matter, which value in the search help is the right one, which exceptions apply in your company. Every time it is repeated, the explanation gets thinner, and when she leaves the company, it is gone.

Record to Learn captures it while she is still there. Today we guide the individual steps together with you; we are building them into one continuous chain.

How it works

From recording to learning

End-to-end means one input, a chain of steps, several finished results. Named like a business process, such as Order to Cash.

01.
Record

Someone who knows the job records in Teams how they explain it to a new colleague, and shows it in the system as they go. The recording is uploaded.

STEPS.
02.
Recognise and structure

The recording becomes a transcript and chapters, structured along the steps in the system. On this basis, the course, learning mode, trainer deck and explainer video are created.

STEPS.
03.
Review and approve

Everything can be edited. The knowledge holder reviews, corrects and approves. Only then is it published.

STEPS.
04.
Learn and maintain

Users learn in the course, in the learning mode and in training. When a process changes, the building block is updated and published as a new version.

STEPS.
One recording, four results

Course with knowledge checks

A course with knowledge checks and learning progress. It comes as a SCORM package for learning systems that import SCORM.

Learning mode

Choose a chapter, have it explained, ask follow-up questions. Everyone starts right where they are stuck.

Trainer deck

Slides with the structure a trainer would build on in live training. The trainer starts from a draft instead of a blank page.

Explainer video

A video of the trainer deck, presented by a virtual trainer. For everyone who would rather watch than read. This building block is new and currently being tested.

Show to Know

Shown once, there to learn any time

01.

Training stays

Record to Learn does not replace live training. It helps beforehand with preparation, during training as material and afterwards for reference.
02.

Versions, not copies

Everything can be edited and is versioned. When a process changes, the building block is updated instead of rebuilding the course. Publishing happens after approval by the knowledge holder.
03.

Knowledge stays in the company

The recordings and everything created from them stay with you. When someone leaves, what they showed stays.
04.

Fits your learning system

The course comes as a SCORM package. You import it where your employees already learn today.
Questions and answers

No. Live training stays. Record to Learn prepares for it, gives the trainer a deck with a ready structure and gives participants something to look things up afterwards.

The course comes as a SCORM package with knowledge checks and learning progress. A learning system that imports SCORM loads it like any other course.

You decide: the knowledge holder who made the recording and, if you wish, your learning team as well. Everything can be edited beforehand; it is only published after approval.

In your company. The recordings and everything created from them belong to you and stay with you. How this is set up in your environment, and who needs to agree, such as data protection and the works council, we clarify with you before the first recording.

One person who knows their job well, and a Teams recording in which they explain it and show it in the system. In the initial meeting we look at which process is the best one to start with.
